An off-white to pale tan-coloured premix containing a homogenous dispersion of cereals and has an aroma that is sweet and spicy.
Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl. Blend together on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down. Mix on medium speed for 6 minutes. Fill (two thirds full) into greased or papered muffin tins. Bake at 180ºC until baked through ±15 minutes. BAKELS SOLID PACK APPLES or BAKERS MIX may be added for extra variety and taste.
